Summer Schedule 2025:
From July 14th to August 24th, our summer schedule will be in effect. During this period, there will be open mat sessions instead of regular classes. These open training sessions will take place on:
Monday – Europapark location, 19:00 – 20:30
Thursday – Kardinge location, 19:00 – 20:30
Sunday – Europapark location, 11:00 – 12:30
Please note: Open mat sessions are for members only. Trial classes will not be available during the summer and will resume in the new season.

Monday – location Europapark.
19:00 – 19:45: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals (For beginners)
19:45 – 21:15: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Gi
Tuesday – location Kardinge
19:00 – 20:30: No-Gi Jiu Jitsu / Grappling / MMA
Thursday – location Kardinge.
19:00 – 20:30: MMA / Grappling
19:00 – 20:30: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Gi
Sunday – location Europapark.
11.00 – 12.30: Open mat training
Only available for Renshu Fights members.
