Interested in a trial class?

Would you like to join a trial class? You are more than welcome to participate! Join one of our training sessions and experience our lessons firsthand. You can borrow all the necessary equipment for your trial class, such as a Gi (uniform), boxing gloves, or MMA gloves.

Everyone is allowed to take two trial classes before deciding to become a member. After that, you can decide whether or not you want to join. You can download the registration form here. For more information about membership fees, click the Information button below.

Summer schedule 2023:

Our summer schedule starts from July 24 to September 3. In the meantime there are training sessions without instruction (open mat) and therefore no lessons. These training sessions or open mat sessions take place on:

Monday – Location Europapark from 19:00 – 20:30
Thursday – Location Kardinge from 9:00 – 20:30

Disclaimer: The open mat training sessions are for members only. Trial lessons cannot be followed between July 24 and September 3 and will be available again after the summer schedule ends.

For access to our Kardinge location, you will need a QR code. This replaces the previous wristband. The QR code is provided below. If you have any questions about how to use it, feel free to contact a staff member at the reception desk (in Kardinge). You can either scan the QR code below or save it as an image.
