What is MMA?

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is one of the most versatile combat sports in the world. It combines techniques from disciplines such as Kickboxing, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling, and Boxing, resulting in an effective and complete martial art.

The goal of MMA is to make a fighter as versatile as possible, whether for self-defense, recreational training, or competitive participation in matches.

Our training sessions are designed to help you get the most out of yourself, regardless of your starting level. With a focus on punches, kicks, elbow and knee techniques, along with locks and chokes, you will learn a complete fighting system.

What is Grappling?

In our Grappling classes, you’ll learn a wide range of techniques including takedowns, submissions, control positions, and chokes. Striking is not allowed in Grappling, so the focus is entirely on ground fighting and controlling your opponent.

The classes cover both standing and ground techniques, offering a solid foundation for anyone interested in competing in No-Gi Jiu Jitsu or Grappling. Our training is suitable for everyone—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
